Terms of use.

StockPacks is experimental, autonomous software deployed to Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). It is a StockWorks venture. Interacting with it means sending transactions to public smart contracts. We do not take custody of your assets, hold your keys, or execute transactions on your behalf.

This website is an interface to those contracts. The contracts operate whether or not this site exists, and nothing here is required to use, deposit into, or withdraw from the protocol.

StockPacks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Europe UAB, Chainlink, Uniswap, drand, or any company whose ticker symbol appears on this site.

Ticker symbols are used descriptively, to identify which tokenized stock token a given listing holds in escrow. No company logos, wordmarks, or other trademarks are reproduced. Use of a ticker symbol is not a claim of association, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by the company it refers to.

$SP is a volatile crypto asset. It is not stock, not equity, not a share, and not an offer of securities. It confers no ownership, dividend, revenue, or voting rights in any company.

Tokenized stock tokens are products of Robinhood Europe UAB, offered only to eligible customers in the EU/EEA. They are not registered US securities and are not offered or available in the United States or to US persons. StockPacks is not the issuer, broker, dealer, custodian, exchange, or transfer agent of any tokenized stock, and has no relationship with any issuer. Receiving a stock token from a pack does not make you a shareholder of the referenced company.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

Buying a pack produces a randomized outcome. Which stock token you receive is determined by the drand public randomness beacon and the pool's selection weights at the time of purchase. The outcome is not known in advance by you, by us, or by anyone else.

A pack is priced above its expected value. The price is the pool's expected draw value plus a surcharge, which means that on average, over many purchases, you should expect to receive less value than you pay. Do not buy packs expecting a profit. Only spend what you are prepared to lose.

You are responsible for determining whether using this protocol is lawful where you live, and for any tax consequences of doing so.

The contracts have completed an internal audit but have not completed an independent external audit. They hold user assets. Smart contracts can contain errors that result in total loss of deposited funds, and no representation is made that these are free of them.

The underlying stock tokens are upgradeable contracts controlled by a third party who retains pause, blocklist, and administrative burn powers over them. Those powers are outside our control and can affect your ability to receive or transfer a stock token.

Price feeds are provided by third-party oracles. Oracle failure, staleness, or manipulation can affect backing amounts, pack pricing, and selection weights.

Protocol ownership rests with an externally-owned account at launch and is scheduled to transfer to a multi-signature wallet. Until it does, that key represents a trust assumption, which is described in the documentation.

The protocol and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockWorks and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the protocol or this site, including loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

These terms may be updated. The deployed contracts, however, behave as deployed — nothing written here changes what the code does. Where this page and the contracts disagree about mechanics, the contracts are authoritative.
